In conjunction with the opening reception of Dangerous Ground—a body of work for which Ashley Gilbertson travelled to a remote reef in the South China Sea to spend time with Filipino soldiers stationed at the crux of a deadlocked geopolitical power struggle—join Gilbertson and The Half King’s photo curator Anna Van Lenten for an evening slideshow and discussion.
The exhibition of Dangerous Ground is produced through The Half King Photography Series, a program dedicated to showing exceptional documentary photography.
