Before his Weekend Workshop at The Image Flow, Ed Kashi will give a lecture titled ‘It’s Personal: The Power of Visual Storytelling.’ During the talk, Kashi will share work from various projects spanning nearly two decades, with a focus on his most current work from the religious conflict in Northern Nigeria, the uses of social media and the power of advocacy journalism. His lecture will cover social and geopolitical issues, using video, multimedia, still photography and mobile photography.
