The French soldiers are in Afghanistan for 6 months. These youngs had a misson to take the valley. In these placce were killed adouzain of frenc soldiers 10 months ago. Until the bitter end they took the valley, to the last village, to the end of their physical forces, and Pshycologicly. In fact they didn’t use their gun one time, they never saw a taliban, it was like ghost in front of them. Some attack but never know from were does it come from… Until the end of their mission, in the desert or rocks and dust never saw the ennemy, the fear, the tension, but were, when, ? Like in the book of Dino Buzatti “The Tartar Steppe”.
