Ed Kashi’s work has been selected to be included as one of the exhibitions at the 14th annual Pingyao International Photography Festival (PIP). Containing an assortment of recent photographs, Kashi’s exhibition will feature images from Nigeria, Nicaragua, and Syria.
On Sept. 21, 2014, VII Photographer Sim Chi Yin will be representing Ed and VII at the exhibition by giving a floor talk and presenting a video interview with Ed Kashi.
PIP is one of China’s greatest annual festivities, having received the honor of IFEA China’s Most Internationally Influential Ten Festivities. “The festival has become one of the most important celebrations for the photography community and the biggest image trading market in China, as well as a stage for photography communications among the international communities.”
