Over 10,000 children have received support through the European Child Guarantee pilot project in Bulgaria. In this video shot by Maciek Nabrdalik and produced by VII Photo Agency for UNICEF, meet five-year-old Alexander.
Alexander has hydrocephalus, or fluid on the brain. Thanks to his kindergarten staff and the support from the European Child Guarantee, Alexander is now ready to start school.
