This workshop invites photographers to experience a unique way of exploring people through portraiture—to look at the psychology of the portrait, stripping away the accessories and distractions and unveiling the raw information within. Antonin teaches how, in the difficult art of portraiture, it is possible to show ones personal style of interpretation. There are daily assignments that help participants develop their ability to encourage and capture emotional content and create a memorable portrait series. At the end of the workshop, Antonin will critique work and help students with a final edit through his forty-four years of experience.
A portfolio review is required for admission to this course. You can submit a portfolio via a link to your website, online portfolio, or print submission.
