VII Academy Grant with the National Museum of Bosnia – Herzegovina

VII Academy is proud to announce a grant opportunity in partnership with the National Museum of Bosnia – Herzegovina.

The National Museum is currently preparing a publication on the archeological findings in one of the most important medieval archeological sites in the region: Bugojno, a large necropolis dating from the IXth-XVth century, an enduring testament to the continuous inhabitation and cultural life in Bosnia – Herzegovina from prehistoric times to the end of medieval times.

The grant recipient will document the artifacts from the “Medieval Necropolis – Bugojno” project by the National Museum of Bosnia – Herzegovina.

They will work with state-of-the-art equipment provided by VII Academy, under the guidance of VII Academy experts and in close collaboration with the museum’s team of curators and conservationists.

All alumni and current participants of VII Academy programs are eligible to apply.

Details

Duration: One month, 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Location: At the National Museum of Bosnia – Herzegovina, Sarajevo.

Grant amount: 2,000EUR and accommodation for the duration of the project. All other expenses to be covered by the grantee.
