Square Mile will be featured as part of Festival OFF’s Night of Photojournalism on Thursday, July 10, from 1930 to 2100 CEST.
Square Mile, an initiative by VII Community in partnership with PhotoWings, inspires conversations on local stories. This edition highlights humanity’s complex connection to the natural world, explores the resilience of communities deeply rooted in their land, and pays tribute to ancestral traditions. The featured narratives depict nature’s guardians and examine the intricate relationship between humans and all living things.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with featured photographers Renaud Philippe and Guerchom Ndebo, moderated by Ilvy Njiokiktjien, a contributing photographer to The VII Foundation.
