Kyveli Lignou-Tsamantani is an art historian, researcher and curator. Her research primarily focuses on the relationship between ethics, images, and representations of violence, as well as the ethics of spectatorship(s). She is a Lecturer in Art History and Theory at the School of the Arts, York St John University, UK. Since 2022, she has founded the Visual Ethics Network (Centre for Modern Studies Research Strand, University of York).
