Katerina Sergatskova is a journalist, editor-in-chief, and co-founder of Ukraine-based Zaborona Media. Katerina focuses on human rights and human stories in Eastern Europe, and has reported from the occupied territories in Ukraine and Iraq. Following the Russian Invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 she co-founded the 2402 Fund, which helps journalists in Ukraine with first aid kits, equipment, and safety training.
