Speak Out!

What kind of peace do young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina live in today? What is their experience of the past, and what is their hope for the future? Are they afraid of a new war? How do they see their role in preserving peace?

Eight young individuals from all across Bosnia and Herzegovina worked with journalist and publicist Nikola Vučić to improve their communication skills and debate difficult topics impactfully and respectfully.

At the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the participants then discussed political perspectives, the state of peace in BIH, women’s rights and much more. The conversations were inspired by the lessons in the “Imagine: Reflections on Peace” book and were moderated by Nikola Vučić.

The project aims to equip young individuals with the essential communication skills and to encourage open conversations about important social issues across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We are especially grateful to The Foundation for Systemic Change (FSC) for making this program possible.
