In January, Espen Rasmussen visited the small community of Veitastrond on the west coast of Norway with reporter Frank Haugsbø. On assignment for VG, the pair met with locals who have experienced two major and several minor floods in the last few years. They claim that the Sognekraft power company is filling up the lake with too much water in order to make a higher profit in the power station, resulting in flooding and damaged homes.
