The film accompanies the Swiss photographer Daniel Schwartz, as he completes his project “While the Fires Burn,” devoted to the melting and agony of glaciers. In doing so, the filmmaker’s approach allows viewers to dive into the work of his protagonist, inscribed in a humanist tradition made of awareness and understanding of major themes defining our present time.
