Created during the two months as a photographer in residence at Planches Contact, Stefano De Luigi’s new work, “Zero,” will open at the 13th edition of the festival in Deauville, France, on October 22nd.
"Stefano De Luigi's "Zero" project intends to deal with the theoretical foundations of Impressionism. He crisscrossed Normandy in the footsteps of the Impressionist painters, who made the region famous throughout the world. The artist plays with matter and light. The result: An unexpected revisitation that overturns the codes of representation of places frozen in the collective imagination."
