“Hot Dogs on a Tricycle” has won an Award of Excellence at the Impact DOCS Awards. VII’s Ed Kashi was the Director of Photography of this short film that tells the story of Mario, a 19-year-old boy who had to flee his home in El Salvador due to the violence of the gangs. His story represents the stories of hundreds of thousands of forced migration victims in the Northern Triangle countries.
It’s a film by HOME Storytellers in partnership with Asylum Access.
