Qudah began her career as a journalist in Jordan, reporting for various regional outlets before shifting her focus to media development and advocacy. Her practical experience spans community media support, strategic media partnerships, and leading cross-border collaborations on access to information and civic space protection.
A strong advocate for press freedom and social justice, Qudah works closely with journalists and media organizations, civil society organizations, international institutions, and policy stakeholders to promote safe and equitable media environments.
