On October 29, #SANDY, a book project compiling photographs of Hurricane Sandy from the Instagram feeds of acclaimed photographers, including VII’s Ed Kashi, will celebrate its launch after a successfully funded IndieGogo campaign. Hous Projects Gallery, located on the second floor of 31 Howard Street at Crosby, will host the launch, which will include a silent auction of thirty 11×11? photographs from #SANDY to benefit Occupy Sandy’s project Sandy Storyline, book signing, and a raffle. The suggested donation to attend is $10.
