Bridget Harris

Bridget Harris is a creative leader with over 20 years of experience in photography, production, and brand storytelling. As Director of Photography Creative at Airbnb, she has shaped the company’s global photographic vision since 2014, helping to establish photography as a defining element of Airbnb’s brand and product identity.

During her tenure, Bridget has served as the photography creative director for product launches and campaigns, including Made Possible by Hosts, Airbnb Categories, and the company’s Spring and Winter Releases. She defined the photographic language for Airbnb’s 2020 IPO. With a focus on creating best-in-class imagery in a hyper growth environment, she also developed scalable production systems, a global photographer network, and authored Airbnb’s photography guidelines across product and brand—creating a consistent, inclusive visual style recognized worldwide.

Bridget’s career began in journalism. After earning a BA in Studio Art from Wellesley College, with a focus on photography and art history, it was an internship at the The Boston Globe newspaper that sparked her passion for visual storytelling. This eventually led to senior roles in production across editorial, fashion, and commercial photography.

Her credits include The New York Times, TIME Magazine, Vogue, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair, ESPN, Wired, Elle, and many more, as well as commercial work for brands like Estee Lauder, Burberry, Reebok, Absolut, and Coca Cola.

A longtime advocate for inclusion in creative spaces, Bridget partners closely with D&I teams and champions diverse voices across photography, casting, and production. She is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of photographers, and remains passionate about the power of visual storytelling to build empathy, culture, and connection.
